A PURCHASE IS CONSIDERED COMPLETED WHEN THE TRANSACTION WAS FINALIZED SUCCESFULLY.
Buyers who have purchased one or more Dagadam product(s) from an authorized agent, distributor, or other online store or physical store, have the same benefits as the buyers who bought the product from our official website.
Dagadam may have products listed on the Official Online Store (a part of the Site) which are available for sale but are not in stock at that time. We ask all buyers to be patient. We will try to ship the product(s) as soon as possible after the purchase. If the purchased product(s) is in stock, it will be shipped within 5 business days (five business days) after the purchase is completed.
Any user can contact the Dagadam Support Team if they encounter problems during the purchase process. The support team will respond as soon as possible.
If a buyer wants to return one or more Dagadam products purchased from our Official Online Store (www.dagadam.com/shop), for whatever reason, they can return it within 15 days (fifteen days) from the day they received the product from the courier. The address to which the product is to be sent is specified on the shipping package.
If the customer bought the product elsewhere than our Official Online Store, they need to contact that store to request information about their return policy. Dagadam is trying to impose a similar return policy but there is no rule that all the other Dagadam Authorized Entities will have the same return policy.
The original Dagadam package, to be valid for the return, must contain all the items contained in the original package sent by Dagadam, the product must not be damaged (if the product sent has manufacturing faults, the buyer must notify Dagadam team immediately after receiving it; if the buyer does not notify the team, the product is considered free of defects and / or damages), without scratches, wear marks or any other aesthetic and / or functional defects.
The buyer is responsible for paying all the taxes (including shipping) that will be associated with the return. Dagadam will refund buyer’s payment within 12 days (twelve days) after the verification process of the package’s veracity, its integrity and the elements inside are complete. The amount to be returned will be sent to the same bank account where the product was purchased from (if, for various reasons, that account is no longer valid, the buyer must notify the Dagadam team by email). If the package (which contains the product and other items) that has been returned is not approved as returnable, the team will notify the buyer by email, and then the package will be returned to the buyer (the buyer is responsible for the payment of the shipping and all other associated taxes).
A RETURNABLE PACKAGE AND / OR PRODUCT – THE PACKAGE AND ALL ITS CONTENT MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN IT WAS RECEIVED (IT DOES NOT MATTER IF THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN OPENED). ANY MISSING COMPONENT / ELEMENT OF THE PACKAGE MAY RESULT IN A NON-RETURNABLE PACKAGE.
Each product and its package has assigned a unique production batch series (code), if the package series does not match the product series, the package is automatically considered non-returnable.
Any unauthorized modification of the package and / or the product (including its software) and / or the elements inside the package, violates Dagadam’s terms and results in the loss of warranty (making it non-returnable).
Pricing, Reductions and Corrections
Dagadam reserves the right to modify (in any way) the price of any Dagadam product, at any time.
If a buyer purchases a Dagadam product that is displayed in the Online Dagadam Store with a wrong price, Dagadam reserves the right to cancel the order (in this case Dagadam will refund the amount paid by the buyer in 12 business days (twelve days)). The displayed price may also contain additional costs (shipping fees, taxes etc.).
If Dagadam makes a promotion for a product that was bought with maximum 10 days (ten days) before the promotion, the buyer is entitled to claim the refund of the price difference. The buyer must keep in mind that this case excludes the cases of a temporary reduction following special events. Bank commissions are chargeable from buyers refund.
The prices shown are in GBP (British Pound). The buyer can pay with a card that is in another currency, but the buyer must be aware that the exchange rate may be added at the displayed price.
Orders, Shipping and Product availability
Dagadam may, at its sole discretion and for any reason, limit, deny or cancel any order placed on the Official Dagadam Online Store. In these cases, if the payment was completed, Dagadam will refund the buyer’s payment.
Order processing (including shipping preparation) may depend on many factors (including stock limitations), and it can take up to 48 hours (forty-eight hours). If the product is not in stock, processing can take longer. Dagadam will do its best to process the order as fast as possible. Dagadam has no control over the shipping and / or customs clearance process (if any) and / or validation of the package at customs and many others, Dagadam is no longer responsible for these events that may delay the shipping. Dagadam will do everything in its power to make this process as smooth as possible.
Due to various reasons (including production delays, but not limited to this), Dagadam can limit the stock of certain products or delay the processing of some orders. Dagadam can process them in the order of their arrival or in a more efficient way in order to please all customers.
If Dagadam cannot serve an order (for various reasons), Dagadam reserves the right to cancel the order and to return the payment to the buyer.
The shipping fee depends on the order volume and buyer’s location. Buyer can check the shipping cost during the ordering process.
