Who is Dagadam?

We are a United-Kingdom based company, registered under Dagadam Limited on 10 November 2016 and focusing on wearables, more primarily, smartwatches. Our team/collaborators/partners are spread in United-Kingdom, China, Romania, and counting.

Can I unsubscribe from the newsletter? How?

Yes, you can unsubscribe. You need to go to one of our newsletter emails and press the unsubscribe button at the bottom. Although, we hope you won’t unsubscribe because our newsletter subscribers are the first who find out our  biggest updates like, new product launches, OS updates etc..
We don’t spam our subscribers, only the most important news will be considerate as good updates for you.

How can I contact the team?

The best way to contact us is throughout our website contact system (CONTACT). This is connected directly to our email and we are going to try to reply as soon as possible.

How much time I have to be eligible for a return?

Each customer has 15 days (starting from the day he receives the package) that may be eligible for return.
We have used the word “may” because in some cases the packages may be incomplete, the product may be damaged etc., all of these actions make the product ineligible for return. Please read the Sales and Refund Policy for more information.

How long is the Warranty?

The Warranty is available during 1 year from the day you receive the product.

How can I enroll for the Warranty? How much time do I have to do so?

To benefit the Warranty period you need to enroll/subscribe directly on our website (HERE). You also can find it in the website’s header as the Warranty button.
You need to enroll your product in 5 days from the day you receive the product.

Why do I need to enroll to benefit the Warranty?

We did this system to speed up the warranty process, be sure that the beneficiary is the actual owner of the product and eliminate as much as possible extreme cases (Example: theft).

How can I benefit the Warranty?

You need to send us a message through the CONTACT/WARRANTY method and we will advise you on the next steps. Usually, we will ask you to send the product to analyze it and if it confirms our fault, we will change it to a new one.


Does Dagadam collect my credit card information?

No, we don’t. The payment process is done by a trusted third party.

What payment method do you accept?

Right now, we accept payments done with Paypal or by Credit Card.

What should I do if my payment fails?

If your payment fails, you need to be sure that your credit card details are correct and if still persists you need to check with your bank. In some cases, the bank stops the transaction for fraud concerns and you need to confirm the payment.

What is the CVV number? Where can I find it?

The CVV (“Card Verification Value”) is a 3-digit number located on the back of your credit card (American Express has it on the front and it is 4-digits long). The main purpose of it is for verification.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by sending us a message (CONTACT/MESSAGE) with the subject “CANCEL ORDER” and your invoice details (Name, Date etc.). If the order has been already shipped, it cannot be canceled but can be returned at your expenses. If you decide to cancel/return before the order arrives, we would appreciate you to not open the package.
The refund payment doesn’t include the shipping or the bank fees.

Do I need to pay additional fees?

This depends on your local legislation. The best way to find out is to check with your customs, they will tell you the exact fees (if any) you need to pay for the product arrival.
CAUTION: We charge the VAT for the EU members, you don’t need to pay it.

Is Dagadam watch available in my country?

Currently, we are available in USA and EU – available certifications. We will expand to other regions soon.

Why is the price difference in other countries?

The price is different in other countries because it depends on taxes, operating cost and other factors. The actual product cost is always the same.


How do I track my order?

You can track your order by going to your chosen shipping company website and write the provided tracking number.

What shipping company do you use?

We are in partnership with Easyship in order to provide you the best shipping service you want. Usually, you have more than one shipping company to choose from (from the fastest way to the cheapest). Each service has different shipping duration.

Does the price include the shipping fee?

Usually, yes. In some cases, if you choose a more expensive shipping company, we may add the difference to the base price.

What should I do if I didn’t receive my package? or is already past its expected shipping arrival

If the package didn’t arrive during the expected shipping arrival please contact the chosen shipping company. In the case that they cannot help you please contact us via CONTACT/MESSAGE and we are going to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we don’t control this process and in some rare cases, this kind of issues may happen.

What should I do if my package is lost?

In the case your package is lost, please contact us via CONTACT/MESSAGE. Usually, we are going to contact the shipping company to confirm the lost and after that send you a new package.

What should I do if I receive a damaged package?

If you receive a damaged package please contact us via CONTACT/MESSAGE and we are going to handle the situation as soon as possible. If the package has exterior sever damages, please don’t open the package. We may ask for some photos of it.

Can I change my shipping address? How?

If the package isn’t processed and shipped, yes. You can do that by contacting us via CONTACT/MESSAGE with the subject ” Address Change” and your new address.


Is Dagadam watch compatible with both IOS and Android?

Yes, it is.

Where can I find the Instructions Manual?

You can find the Instructions Manual in the website’s footer named as “Watch Instructions” or by reading the QR code provided in its package.

Is Dagadam watch Water Resistant?

Yes, it is IP67 (3.3 feet water submersion) certified, water and dust resistant.

What OS Dagadam watch is using?

Dagadam watch is using Ticwear OS Global Edition.

How long can the battery last?

Dagadam watch has a 450 mAh battery capacity and can last up to 3 days in a normal usage.

What languages are available with Tico Voice Assistant?

At the moment, English and Mandarin.

What languages are supported by Dagadam watch?

At the moment, English and Mandarin. You can view notifications in other languages like Hebrew, Russian, Arabic, German, Italian etc..

Can I connect Dagadam watch to my Bluetooth headphones?

Yes, you can. Dagadam watch supports Bluetooth connectivity.
